We manage the packing and donation pick-up from the charitable non-profit 501-C organization of your choice. We can select a charity for you if you wish. Most organizations require items are packed and boxed as well as moved to the first floor of the home. This includes all furniture. The charity will provide you with a receipt for tax deduction purposes. IF you request, estate donations and charity items can be inventoried, photographed and appraised for fair market value. This service can be a time consuming task and the fee is based on the amount of items donated.
