Originally built in 1865, this home had been renovated through the years and became an architectural masterpiece. The home was filled with fine furniture, sporting goods, autographed memorabilia and collectibles, a whole room dedicated to toys and board games and vintage Barbies.

There were also exquisite outdoor planters from Detroit Garden Works, furniture from Restoration Hardware, Crate and Barrel, Baker, BDI & more.

Team Louie was hired to liquidate this 7400 square foot historical home. We sold 99% of everything inside the home and surrounding grounds. From John Richards furniture to Erte Art, this was another phenomenal example of a “Labor of Love” by Team Louie.
