Another outstanding estate sale was completed by Team Louie.

This beautiful home, designed by Clifford Wright in 1957, is a mid-century modern ranch that had been sold and will soon be replaced with new construction. While many locals were “up in arms” over the plans to demolish this wonderful piece of history, the actual structure was in such disrepair that it simply had to be done.

Personal contents were for sale as well as certain items attached to the home. These included light fixtures, doors, kitchen cabinets, columns, MCM, built-ins and so much more.

From John Richards furniture to Erte Art, from garden art to collectible die-cast cars, this home was filled with everything from furs to fine art.
